When you upload content, and documents on to our site as a prospective employee or as a consumer requiring the creation of subtitle services, you grant us rights to use that content for assessing recruitment criteria or the creation of subtitles.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

•Issue of a warning to you;
•legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;

14. WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?

If you are a consumer or a business, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. You and we both agree that the courts of Erbil will have exclusive jurisdiction.
