Artin Crown Productions was one of the organizers and sponsors of the annual MEPS Forum and was responsible for executing the marketing plan and details of the event for the second consecutive years.

Stage Design

MEPS’ stage was designed and produced into a 3D image before its implementation.

The stage was set with a specific color palette that radiated with the political theme of the forum.

Ceremony Arrangements

Responsible for endorsing vendors for catering and executing the simplest details from the start to the end of the event.

The annual MEPS forum hosts high-level officials and political figures in Duhok. Artin Crown Productions was responsible for planning and drawing the roadmap of the event as well as executing it. It was also in charge of producing social media content pre and post the event. The Middle East Peace and Security Forum's commitment to fostering understanding, dialogue, and diplomacy in the region is a promising sign for the Middle East. While the challenges in the region are complex and deeply rooted, this initiative signifies that there is a shared commitment to addressing them constructively.

In the digital age, a strong online presence is paramount for any event's success. The Middle East Peace and Security Forum leveraged social media platforms to facilitate information dissemination and delegate interaction. Live streaming of select sessions allowed people worldwide to participate in the event, breaking down geographical barriers and ensuring broader engagement, Breaking the record! The hashtag #MEPS22 reached more than 146.9 million people on social media platforms since the forum’s first day, according to data obtained from Artin Crown’s marketing team.
