Artin Crown’s marketing team of experts quickly became an extension of Pavilion Erbil’s managing team, helping in planning and implementation of the project’s marketing campaign. After thorough research and extensive studying, Artin Crown Productions developed a full branding concept to reflect the project’s mission which is in-line with the real estate market in Iraq.

June 2022 — launch

Project launch

A few months after the construction of Pavilion Erbil began, Artin Crown Productions organized and provided marketing services to the grand opening of the project’s sales office in Erbil at the end of June, 2022. The event was attended by a number of dignitaries, businessmen, investors, and members of the community.

Event Organizing

Organizing and managing the operational plan and execution of the opening ceremony of Pavilion Erbil. The event was attended by dignitaries, investors, and businessmen.

The construction of Pavilion Erbil began in early 2022, marking one of the largest and most luxurious residential complexes in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Pavilion Erbil stands in the city’s Golden Zone and near Erbil International Airport, making it the first site to be seen upon arriving at the Kurdish capital. The project transforms over 170 hectares of land into villas, apartments, green areas, water canals, hotels, shopping malls, and so much more. Pavilion Erbil also offers space for the largest man-made lagoon to be built inside the complex, making it its most prominent and special feature. Pavilion Erbil has been working in partnership with Artin Crown Productions company as its marketing consultant for the planning and implementation of its marketing campaign.
