Approach

Complying with the universities polices and guidelines Artin Crown was approached to mange the commencement ceremony of the foundation ,The AUK Foundation exists to nurture and oversee the development of a strong and positive relationship between The American University of Kurdistan at Duhok and external individuals, organizations and governments, both within Kurdistan and internationally.

Artin Crown Productions organized and sponsored the American University of Kurdistan’s (AUK) annual Commencement Ceremonies for three consecutive years (2021, 2022 & 2023) on the university’s campus in Duhok.

Stage Design

Setting the visual elements on the stage, including the set and lights to produce a scenic design.

Stage Setup

Building the theatrical scenery, which starts from a single chair, microphone, and to everything else present on the stage, no matter how large or small.

Video and Sound Production

Producing high-quality videos and social media content during and after the event, as well as a personalized tune crafted for the special ceremony.

Accommodation

Providing accommodation for the guests, students, families and singers who had traveled to Duhok from neighbouring cities and other countries.

Live Music

Arranging the Program of the live music performance and coordinating with the singers

Ceremony Arrangements

Providing a proper seating arrangement for the students and guests, and coordinating the processional walk and diploma hand out to mark a milestone in the lives of students.

Artin Crown Productions’ team rigorously planned and organized AUK’s second and third Commencement Ceremonies, which honored students who had successfully finished their undergraduate studies and celebrated their achievements. The company was responsible for drawing up a strategy to bring the event to life. The Commencement Ceremonies’ guests varied from President of the Kurdistan Region His Excellency Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region His Excellency Masrour Barzani, and other local officials and politicians.

Artin Crown Productions’ team successfully coordinated with the artists and selected music band 'Ragreen Band' providing accommodation with necessary arrangements, Setting the live music performance program The company was responsible for drawing up a strategy to arrange the live music performances of both of the ceremonies.
