Kurdistan Regional goverment's ministry of health planned for a conference to view the progress of systeatic transformation and analysis as part of a publicity policy where the high profile govermnent personnals and medical sectors will attend.

Approach

Artin Crown Productions co-organized a medical health conference in the Kurdish capital of Erbil on March 8, 2022. Under the name Review, Analysis, and Health System Transformation, the conference highlighted the developments of the Kurdistan Region’s health sector held in Rotana Hotel.

Coordinating with the bands and cultural groups for performing shows

Artin Crown Productions organised the Review, Analysis and Health System Transformation conference in Erbil. The team built the stage from scratch and drew a seating plan for the guests. This event was a part of our services that we created for the Ministry of Health. Production of the videos that was displayed in the conference with Audio Coordinating guest invitations and protocols, Finalising the event program and program sections, Designing the stage to reflect the ministries visual elements.
